With Cadisa.
The Master Plan tries to give Tío Jorge Park new attributes that transform it into a dynamic, comfortable and attractive space, capable of generating social, cultural and economic wealth.
The main objectives of the Master Plan are:
- Establish the criteria that allow the park to be modernized and thus adapt it to current and future needs without losing the essence that characterizes it.
- Define the bases to convert the park into a backbone element of the urban fabric that surrounds it, improving the connection between neighboring neighborhoods and the adjacent green spaces.
- Propose measures that enhance the biodiversity and ecological connection of this piece within the green infrastructure of Zaragoza.
- Establish guidelines that allow for new uses that are respectful of the park throughout the year and increase the social ties of users.
- Collect and analyze neighborhood demands through a participatory process so that the proposals adapt to the reality of the neighborhood.
- Define green management guidelines, infrastructure and equipment in order to increase their efficiency.
